Description: This course is a performing ensemble which provides opportunities for the student to study jazz combo music in an organized group setting. Techniques for improvisation are explored.      
Prerequisites: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in MUSC 1030 Written Theory I, or approval of the instructor.   
Credits: 1 
Lecture/Lab Hours: 1 hr/week
